These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 777pud Casino ("777pud," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 777pud website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 777pud Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use the 777pud Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on 777pud.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 777pud, or an immediate family member of any such person.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

To access the full features of the 777pud Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 777pud Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777pud login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must notify 777pud support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 777pud reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that fail to complete identity verification within the required timeframe may be suspended pending completion of the verification process.

All financial transactions on the 777pud Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). 777pud accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the 777pud Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your 777pud account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 777pud is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time, subject to bank processing schedules.
• 777pud reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of the payment method used.
• Funds deposited into your 777pud account may only be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. 777pud is not a financial institution and your account balance does not earn interest.
• 777pud does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

777pud offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or collusion will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the 777pud Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on 777pud, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All slot games and RNG-based table games on 777pud use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 777pud's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. 777pud's decision in such matters is final.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited.
• 777pud reserves the right to void any wager or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or fraudulent activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777pud Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Registering or operating more than one player account on the 777pud Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live dealer games.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 777pud staff, live dealers, or other players.

All content on the 777pud Platform — including but not limited to the 777pud brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777pud or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 777pud.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777pud, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

777pud's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777pud account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777pud collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an account on 777pud, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. 777pud will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

777pud is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) directly from their account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Players may request a self-exclusion from the Platform for a period of their choosing, ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

777pud reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777pud will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 777pud Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777pud Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 777pud from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
